This is a unique class highlighting gentle movement combined with inward observation.  

The goal is to reduce stress, overthinking, and self-critique by calming down your nervous system, increasing self-awareness and creating deep relaxation.


Heidi has a combination of over 20 years of experience working as a Myotherapist, yoga teacher, and peiec energy practitioner for people of all ages, and all levels of physical ability and wellness.


Book online to secure your spot. We will accept walk-in students if we have space. 

Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and arrive at least 10 minutes early.
You are welcome to bring a bolster, block, pillow, or blanket for your own comfort.
